Unless when you set your setting too high it brings them down a bit, I set them on high and I was still probably getting 13-15 fps or so, although I am only running at 1280x1024 resolution with my 8600gts. It looked freaking amazing though, even does on medium, but even more so on high. I might overclock my stuff again and see how I can do with that. If someone wants me to, I could take some screens and post them up. If someone wants me to, I could take some screens and post them up. I too am surprised at how my computer is handling it. I've got a measly AMD 3800x2, only 1 gig of ram, and a crappy Saphire X1800. Game runs at about 40fps with everything on low and 1280x1024. I might actually pick the game up on release now, and I wasn't expecting to. meade916 Posted October 30, 2007 Report Share Posted October 30, 2007 i got it working thanks!! game looks good but i have something wrong with drivers or settings somewhere....i have probably the top 3 fastest/dopest computer towers on this forum and you guys are happy with your performance.....im not. Too choppy. Ive been reading forums and a lot of people are having framerate issues with pretty nice rigs......im sure it will all be worked out but right now i refuse to play any game on "medium" with a 8 month old Alienware. Dual 8800GTX cards SLI (current drivers) and medium settings is gay. i wonder WTF the problem is!!
