cc_audio Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 My dad's best friend Gary has a 73 Vette with this exact paint job. Bright yellow, with flat black vinyl stripes. Except he has a hardtop so the stripe goes all the way over the roof and the fender vent is black as well. Its has flat black 20's with some serious meat on the back with flat black side pipes. Absolutely the sickest Vette I've ever seen and one of the most beautiful cars I've ever worked on, way sexier than the one below. I'm just showing you the paint job. I wish I had some pics of Gary's, its so sick (and fucking fast)! I got to install a head unit, four channel and replaced all the speakers with components in both his cars. He also has a 69 Mach 1 too, and that was the most beautiful car I've ever touched. I bet that paint theme would look good with blue and white too but hey its your car. It looks REAL close, but with the lighting you took the picture in, it looks slightly darker. I think it would be stunning to paint the car in that blue, as it's (only) MY opinion that there are too many red 'Vettes lurking the streets. Im not the one you want to try to troll. I have no idea what exact color is but its off a 75 vette original color on it. I'm definitely not going back red. The front ends glues on Corvettes it sucks. I'm hoping to try to put the front end this weekend. Miss my baby Haha.
