He told me to send a claim and call him back when i did, but i have yet been able to get through from my 20 phone calls, ill just keep trying. (i insured it for 500 luckily). And i will hopefully get my 90 dollar shipping back too. so i might end up with way more than i would have put in for a recone (what it would have needed if it arrived ok).
