sayhuh?
Yep, they are building a bridge made of Chinese steel...what could go wrong? Oh and gotta love the fact they aren't using USA made steel to keep their own employed. Disturbing.. http://wamu.org/programs/morning_edition/11/09/16/california_turns_to_china_for_new_bay_bridge Quote Blown

sayhuh?
Yea, I love how they mentioned no federal funding is involved, but don't mention where the money is coming from. Quote Blown
bobobass
This is why we need to support American manufacturing, so we don't end up as a coutry full of lazy morons who rely on everything being done for them. It's just sad at how many people nowadays have no idea how make things. Forevrbumpn
That's funny but sad. The fact is US sells steel to China so we can re buy it. That's how its been awhile now. So one bridge? No try thousands of buildings bridges train tracks. Every steel speaker part is made in China I don't care what "american" company says there stuff is made here. This is why I wanted Trump to run. He was anti China importing with out have tarrifs on them. So this isn't anything new. Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. sayhuh?
yet 90 percent of you are probably running asian equipment right? While true, this will just lead to more and more imports. What is a major thing America has always been known for? Steel. It's also about taking more jobs away from the US and the source doing it is a state govt...which is sad. That's funny but sad. The fact is US sells steel to China so we can re buy it. If you read the article, they have reps. there monitoring the steel being made and inspecting every step. http://www.atimes.com/atimes/China_Business/HK03Cb02.html Yep and they produce a lot of it.
