brent379 Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Ok so i got another idea.... My.original.idea was two sundown sa8"s in a center console box... Now im thinkin about doin those two eights in a tline and makin the center console box and makin the box a lil bigger... Or maybe even one of those eights depending on how the numbers work out..my question tho is if i could only do one eight in a tline...would it still hit as hard and good as two eights in a regular ported box?? And if i could do two anyone hsve an idea of wat i could be expecting out of that??

Maxim Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 I say 1 8" in a proper T-line. It'll be a good sized box. More than enough to make a center console out of. wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt
CortezDTV Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 ^^^^^^^^Hahahahahaha t lines are the shit Fuck yea if you have build the box right mine 8"tline is louder than my 2 12stanks on half the power SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/
LoudBurp Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 I would love to see it, but its going to be a sumbitch to make it fit where a center console should be.I recently built a Tline for a Tangband 5.25 and, for its size, does pretty decently. The box is akwardly large, but its to be expected Best of Luck and Cheers! There is a point of diminishing returns on the amount of equipment installed, kinda like throwing money out a window.
STEvil Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Do two. More cone area never hurts a t-line MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.

STEvil Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Do two. More cone area never hurts a t-line Wouldent the box also be a lot bigger for 2 8s in the tline? Nah, can build for a single 8 (or as much as you can anyways) and have two in it. Not a perfect scenario but will work fine.
