If modified positions, where are you proposing? What kind of power are you proposing? What quantity, make and model of amps? RobDH Posted October 24, 2011 Author Report Posted October 24, 2011 Sorry I have not had much time to post recently been really busy with work. As for questions people have had, this will be going into a chevy obs king cab long bed 3/4 ck. I will be matching the power recomended for when I choose the speakers I will be going with. I will be running multiple sets, for the 6.5's 2 in the front of the doors and 1 in the kick for the front of the cab. For the back 2 in the doors (not settled have a few other ideas but most likely). Tweets will be run ether in the kicks with the mids or far back on the dash. Deadining will happen later in the realm of things but first looking to get sound going before that. So I can then choose which route I want to go after hearing what I have and what I should do in order to get the most out of deadening.
Fish Chris Posted October 29, 2011 Report Posted October 29, 2011 I love my Polk Audio DB5251's Great sound, smooth, soft dome tweets. Durable. Cheap. (just over $100 a set). And BTW, interestngly, my 5 1/4's are 1db louder than the same series in the 6 1/2"s ? Fish
