45 degree in corners

to do 45s in a corner, what toold would you use?

or could this be achieved using fiberglass sheets/mesh and just glassin them altogether with the inside of the box?

A saw and some mdf? Or do what Meade does and use a whole bunch of resin.

i read this topic, but i do not own a table saw or a combination square.

i could borrow one from my friend.

but i also seen a build where a person was using fb sheets and glassin in the corners instead of cutting mdf or birch.

All you need is any kind of saw that'll tilt to 45 degrees. You don't have a jig saw?

you do not need 45's

they are only to help control the air flow around the box. make everything smoother.

you can take some pvc and cut it in half and round the inside of the corners if you want as well. or do the resin and make it super smooth. or a combination of both

just anything that is smoother than a 90 degree turn

ive heard of gains AND losses in DB from 45s

i dont use them in my boxes, even though i own a table saw

I do have a jigsaw but im doing a wall so that will be a long steady arm cut...

i have a ton of sheets and fiberglass/resin.

Should i go with that route?

and Ricky, i might not do any 45s. Itll be easier not to.
