For the guys on Here who ride leather seats what's The best cleaner and protectant on the market... What do you use

he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:

True leather needs to breath so you should only use a cleaner then a conditioner. We recommend using a mild liquid soap solution and a mildly soft cloth to remove the dirt. Then use a clean soft cloth with just water to rinse the leather. Then use a NON silicone based conditioner as to not clog the poars which lead to cracking. Katskinz has a leather "lotion" that is perfect for this!

Also so you know I am a certified installer for Katskins and other leather interior manufacturers. Not just spouting off uneducated ;)

In my past life as an auto detailer (read; before kids) I had great results from Lexol products, but they're hard to come by except for online. The "brand name" products most ocmmonly available such as Mothers and MEguiars fall into the 'watch out for' products mentioned in the posts above.

LOL I don't have like Mercedes-Benz leather I have jeep cherokee leather is there a difference.
