SnowDrifter
Correct me if I am wrong: but don't the home amps have to convert the 120vac into dc power to they can use it? ryanFA5
Having a 150db room is pointless. I'd rather have a 150db car than a 150db room. Haha not to mention any that lives around you would be filing noise complaints left and right. If anything, I just want a little bump and high clarity sound. 2010 Civic SI sedan: Crystal Black Pearl All stock.

STEvil
Because people are dumb enough to pay that much for it. Power for cheap isnt really an issue in home equipment, just go with pro audio stuff rather than the big receiver units. MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
