Then layer MDF over the 2x4's to make the "box". Cut your baffle to fit tightly to the shape of the car, OR make beauty panels that fit between the box and the car to seal it off. Use the search button, check out the build log section, and use google. would it be better to make an actual box? because there is sheet metal between the cabin and the trunk. and also a gas tank. i was thinking about making an enclosure just in the backseat. which do you recomend.
