I remember Billy saying he was stuck in his house for days. Roads where ice rinks (which is even double bad to a area that isnt use to the shit now and then). Man, i need to move. in texas that means it frosted. It doesn't happen much, but when it does, we don't have the infrastructure to deal with it, and absolutely nobody here knows how to drive in this shit.
