the government like homes being over priced.. that means more tax dollars when you buy and more yearly taxes. sucks being a homeowner here. not if you bought homes in the 90's but after 2003 everything when to shit..homes that cost 90k now cost 300k and in 2008 they peaked at 600k.

good lord, the real question is how does that one house get 6 beds and 3 baths out of 1000sqft???? I build houses that are 5/4 with 3 car garages on the lake and they're ~3800sqft and about $600k-$800k
