Got a killer deal from Home Depot. $60 for a 12 pack.

Damn good deal, only down side is 3M filters are actually so good that they actually block air flow to your blower motor. You are actually better off buying the filters that usually run 3 for $10, you just have to change them about every month or two at the most.

You are actually better off buying the filters that usually run 3 for $10, you just have to change them about every month or two at the most.

and get your coils cleaned twice a year for $120 each visit. I'll buy the nicer filters and save the extra repair fee.

If it's that restrictive, your filter box is too small.

I don't expect them to last 90 days...
If you want your HVAC to last more than 90 days don't use cheap filters. Change them after 200-300 hours of runtime, which is about 3 months in the winter and about every month in the summer in my house.
