My buddy's dad owns a machine shop and he'll machine 80 percent of a lower, and then you can go in and he'll show you how to do the last 20 percent. That way he can do it without putting a serial number or registering the lower. After that you just have to go buy the upper and put it all together and you've got yourself an AR that can't be traced!
