LoudBimmer
I'm doing around 140's(music) with 2 Sundown SA-10's, saz2500 and xs D3100. Back seats do not fold down, subs and port facing back. If i'll play around with box design I could break 145+ on high 20's to low 30's. what would you like to bet on that? It's only on sax1200 and small XS power battery
Chode69
and to add to that i did a 152.4 yesterday on a 35 htz tone for a 30 second average...on a LOW start, volume on 18 (when i usually go to 25) and bass knob hardly up...yes thats a tone but 35 htz is FAR from an SPL tone.. especially for 30 seconds NoFearX18 said: Nick will bang just about anything.....LMAO....pun intended On 4/13/2010 at 9:51 AM, meade916 said: i was like DAMN, Chode is hardcore! he makes james look like a friendly person LOL! trainman0978 said: I dont know who is worse with the buttholes Chode or Big P... rgriffin83
You just don't have enough power or cone area to play around 150db on music man. You would have an easier time if you happened to own an SUV. I'm not familiar with the Cadillac but from what I've seen with Cadillacs, your back seats may not fold down? Or you have a flip down arm rest? Honestly, with that sub on that power, if your seats don't flip down, you could just try subwoofer facing the rear and port it up through your rear deck and attempt to seal it off into the cabin. No matter what you do, if you managed to sit around a 140-143db at or below 40hz in that car, you should be happy. Yes, it just has the fold down arm rest. I am planning on taking out the stock 10' sub from near the back windshield and using it as a 10' port into the car, that and the small armrest hole (hopefully) should help some. 1 15" FI BTL N2 AQ2200d Big 3 Pioneer head unit kinetik 1200 (under the hood) kinetik 2400 (dedicated to the sub) Mids and highs coming soon!
