Lbox88
So this might be a dumb question... sorry. Also don't mean to thread jack too much.... sorry again. But I've considered jumping to HID's with my 98 malibu. HIDExtra lists they make the 9005/9006 sets for the corvette. Would there be a problem mounting them in my car since it also uses the 9005/9006, but the housing is different? Or would the diffraction spread still be ok since it is the same bulb style? Also is there that much more of a benefit running the 55W sets instead of the 35W? IIRC the standard halogen is a 55W in my car. Bi Xenon Kit is dual filiment. Meaning 1 bulb for high and low. Id read the add carefully they might be selling a Xenon kit for the $29.99 price. Xenon means 1 filiment... only high or low. You could inturprit hi/lo as high or low, not both tho. * Eclipse CD3200 with PAC SWI-CAN2 and SW-ECL2 Steering Wheel Controls Interface* Pioneer D-Series Mids and Highs ( Fronts: TS-D1702C; Rears; TS-D1702R and Dash; TS-D1002R )* Rockford Fosgate PBR300X4 ( Mids and Highs Amp )* DC 3.5k with Dual Inputs; Custom Plexiglass Backing ( Sub Amp )* Rockford Fosgate Balanced Line Driver * One FULLY LOADED ~ 10" DC m2 XL* Custom Built Carpeted Ported Box Tuned to 32hz. SojiaRaggs9000
Your lows would be brighter than your highs. But just to test em out and see if you like them .. I don't see a problem in it. Aslong as the kelvin range is right Im sure you'll like em. * Eclipse CD3200 with PAC SWI-CAN2 and SW-ECL2 Steering Wheel Controls Interface* Pioneer D-Series Mids and Highs ( Fronts: TS-D1702C; Rears; TS-D1702R and Dash; TS-D1002R )* Rockford Fosgate PBR300X4 ( Mids and Highs Amp )* DC 3.5k with Dual Inputs; Custom Plexiglass Backing ( Sub Amp )* Rockford Fosgate Balanced Line Driver * One FULLY LOADED ~ 10" DC m2 XL* Custom Built Carpeted Ported Box Tuned to 32hz.
