IIRC, there were a lot of people who were joining just for the sole purpose of downloading, sharing, and requesting songs without contributing ANYTHING to the forum. Yea, thats why it was moved to 18+ you either contribute knowledge or input or you pay $ to the greater good Thats why all "these" people are complaining they thought they could download and run.
