It would explain alot too. the only thing i noticed to differ from this is that he don't tic when he sings idk much about tourrettes so maybe they can do that idk i just thought they did it all the time edit: the only reason i watched past first 5 sec of the beiber singing vid was to look for the tic or twitch If a person with tics is focusing their mind on something then often they won't have tics during that period of time. I have neck twitches (non tourrettes) and they really only happen when I sit still.
