TeamHT Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 I am going to assume your logic is to use the cheap sub merely so you can learn, but it would be more frugal and efficient all the way around to just buy a new $50 sub than to recone it. My suggestion would be on the lookout for a blwon sub in the for sale section and then get it for cheap and then buy a recone kit. It honestly is not as difficult as it looks, and you have thousands of videos walking you through the process. Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
