They were making a weird ass noise, I realized only 2 out of 8 screws were actually catching the wood. Fixed that. Gorilla taped the port Mids and highs amp. Wiring is messy. Don't judge under construction I hate People with crappy primered cars rolling on hubcaps that are louder then me. u hate c-fizzy?

I had to crank on mine when I had your old alt just to stop the slipping on heavy bass notes. Broke two belts before I bought a high end belt online (some kind of green or gold line belt) Its been so long I dunno where I got it, but I had to really crank the tensioner. I'm sure you'll have to too with that beast, don't cheap out on a belt. It sucks getting stranded an hour from home. Oh and I almost forgot, VIDS PLEASE! It's all gone! BFF Larry Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 the gates belt is probably the best aftermarket belt you can buy .that isn't really costly.and buy 2 if you can just in case it breaks while you are on the road .but I don't think your engine uses a tensioner, you may have to adjust the alt or one pulley to make a belt fit snug. Is your engine a 2.2l sohc? Ray thinks my belt may have just loosened up, so I'll tighten it up tomorrow. Luis, cone clean it up for me homo. Larry, it's the 2.2l 16 valve. It DID use a tensioner. Lol.
