Joe X
Interesting, I have never seen anyone use end correction as part of the port displacement. . .end correction is just a calculated effect caused by friction against the adjoining wall, not really a displacement from the airspace. Another thing I have found actually measuring port tunings vs. calculated length is that once the port is over ~6" wide you don't continue to get much over that 3" of added length benefit in most cases. In other words - a port 15" wide is not going to see 7.5" of correction factor in most cases. well, I have heard of people saying the end correction volume belongs to the port but when you ask them for a solid reference or even some sort of explanation, no reply.... 99fullsizechevy
My vote is build a new box, less volume, correct port and call it a day, and someone throw it in Torres and sketch up and walla he can bump... Laying frame soon.. System has to wait
kr15
1 15 in 6.5 or whatever the first one was very likely had a lower f3 then the 2 15s in 10cu or whatever it ended up being. f3 point plays a role as well Team Flex Issues Low tuning > God 2011 CALI AS1 STATE CHAMP

TeamHT
LOL @ AQs not hitting or liking the lows. Built many boxes for AQs and they can get low. May be not dig them with authority like my BTLs or Mayhems, but they get down. Also, you don't always news to tune low to play low, and tune low normally if the majority of what it will play will range in the 20-30s. My $0.02 Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
