Theres two fences. even IF they can knock one fence over why take that chance, 1 less fence protecting them. I would be trying to figure out a 3rd fence lol. The fence is def gonna go down I think 1:40 you see their wooden braces proping up fence 2:23 you see the top of the fence being bowed in from the small herd 2:27 in its going down I don't think they could push over a chain link security fence. The dialogue in the trailer gives a pretty good hint that the prison isn't safe anymore and they have to find some place else.
