About the people who voted after 12, what about the west cost?

I always assumed that the voting was allowed until the end of the day at what ever time zone you lived in?

But hey, I assume too much sometimes.... I'm sure that whatever you guys do, it will be fair and right!

Well that would be just fine with me! But the main question is, when does voting actually end? East cost time? West cost time? I think this needs to be addressed for future contest.
