Hunters21w Posted April 6, 2012 Author Report Posted April 6, 2012 So I took apart my driver door to deaden it with my remaining audiotechnix 60 mil. I always heard a slight rattle as if a clip had broken off in the door or something. Got the inner door skin about 90% covered and started the outer skin. Finished doing the outer skin. Covered maybe 75% of that. Closed the door, sounds a bit less rattley. Feels stronger than before so I'm happy with it for now. Audio wise I can't hear a difference between doors. I did not deaden over the access holes because MLV will do much better for that application. I know my window hasn't broke so it was either the person before has their window smashed or from the factory. Clean canvas Some weird blue "toothpaste" like stuff at the bottom of the door. Wiped it right off. Inner skin being covered about 90% Outer skin about 70% covered. Pretty happy with the 2 front doors. Time to do the back possibly later this weekend.
