Finally got out to the range and tested out my glock 19 (150 rounds), XDs (200 rounds), bodyguard 380 (50 rounds) and M&P9 (50 rounds)

The M&P ran great after not cleaning it since I fired 200 rounds a year ago through it without cleaning and to test the trigger polish job I did plus the lint build up from carrying it everyday.

The .380 was fun to shoot but the looooong heavy trigger pull tested the fundamentals. I ended up "prepping" the trigger by jerking it before it breaks and slowing down at the end to complete proper SP/SA. The click it has when letting off the trigger was a mindfuck into thinking it reset when you have to let off completely since it's DA only pistol. The laser was spot on at 15 feet set at the factory.

The XDs functioned flawlessly with ball and 3 different types of hollow points. The recoil was minimal, it felt more like 9mm surprisingly. It's accuracy is on point the trigger does feel a bit heavier since the recall fix but it's consistant and breaks clean. The expansion from the 3" barrel on the Winchester Ranger T's was surprising.

The Glock lived up to its hype and felt much better than remember.

What do you mean?

If it's the strays you see above, don't pay those attention, I've haven't been to the range in longer than I care to think or want to admit and I'm trying to work on firing off several rounds quickly which is kind of a weak spot for me.

I actually looked at a 26 the shop had.

Was on consignment, used, for only $600.

The guy just looked at me and said, "yeah, that one's been sitting for a while."

Same pistol from them, new, with the sale they were having, would be $615 lol.
