Solution #1 Push them apart. ex: Expanding foam Solution #2 Push them together ex: when you sit on the trunk the noise goes down. Top pic, Carolina. Second pic, can't remember right off the top of my head. Third pic, Indiana Last pic, I believe New York... The difference between Dynamat, SDS CLD Tiles, Damplifier, and other higher quality products is that they are made with 100% butyl as the adhesive. Not a mix of rubber/tar/asphalt/bitumen.
