lvl 3 subs getting stinky

clipping plus overpowering. i've never gotten mine to stink

no clippin in my system man

you probably used too loud of a tone then

i used th cd that came with the smd dd1

box is a little on the big size too much power and probably a little clipping.

how am i clipping?

you're missing the point completely. what tone did you use. just because you used the cd that has like 4 different versions of the same frequencies, doesnt mean you picked the right one.

What track did you use to set the amp?

track 3, 40hz -5db

Does it do it on any song you play or just some? You might be playing a dirty song.

Also: Are you using an iPod input? 3.5mm? How are you playing music?

What is your SSF set to?

and what music? plus are you playing below tuning? the DD-1 is great for getting max clean power out of your amp, but that ISN'T the only way to get coils stinky. Below tuning, clipped music, improper enclosure, too much power are some things that will get your coils stinky, no matter how clean the signal is.
