Spydercos, Kershaws, KaBars, BladeTechs, Buck, Gerber, Benchmade, those are the ones of the top of my head. I have 78 knives last time I counted, it's my other hobby lol. Also depends on the deployment mechanism. Balisongs are NOT legal in most states, that is they are not legal to carry. You can own them, just don't carry them around in public.
