OrionStang
Must build It stronger Should probably double up the step up where the back wall connects. Why? Every single piece of this enclosure is either connected to or butted right up against a part of the car. IH8PunkRok
it is too many pieces. all those little pieces cause so much work and each one harms the integrity of the box ill just say this. i learned from my fail wall. if any piece of that box moves (or the box as a whole) you have ruined the car my headliner got jacked severely. probably would have only gotten worse too but i aborted the project pretty fast -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build

OrionStang
Taped off the areas that will get the most glass. I kinda don't know where to go from here. Can I just lay the mat and resin over the tape? Also, I see no need to use the expanding foam. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
sprkn_ranger
I'm not an expert on fiberglass but yea I'm pretty sure all you need to do is start addin mat and resin over the areas needing glass. And yea looks like the foam isn't needed after all.
