Any ideas on bracing the sides yet?

I think 2x4's on the inside, like I did for the port flex on top. I really think the second baffle is key, though. And sealing it up.

Thats what I did except on the outside. Helped mine tremendously.

I may be able to do the outside, kinda tight though. I can afford to drop some volume in the box, so either way. Encouraging to hear it worked for you, 727.

How did you calculate your box volume. I did mine in Pro E just now and it's giving me 7.7ft^3 at the smallest I can make it. So yours should be pretty damn big. I initially had mine at 11ft^3. I'd rather be over than under in my box since it is a lot easier to take up space but if you give me sufficient internal dimensions I can draw you up a cad of your box so you can know your exact volume.

I usually do estimates until I get closer to finishing my box and my estimates had me at 6.2ft^3 and that's a difference of basically 2x2 leaving the long one the same. So your volume may be off some as well if you did hand calculations for odd geometry. I would need to know the angles as well if you have them.

I'll get you some exact measurements in a day or two, appreciate it. I just figured it out by sketches and calculator, but I think I was too generous on how much bracing displacement would be.

Nice number bro...an only a light clip lol... I clip pretty hard when I burp...there's a limit though were you start losing dbs..an I do same numbers at 2 freqs

I did decide though, that I will run this setup the rest of the year, then strip the car and do a dedicated bass vehicle next season. Has nothing to do with the score today, actually decided on it a couple days ago.
