Trey_Dog650
I dont want this to become a vs. thread. i hope its not considered one either. i dont care whats the best, what make or model it is. i have a very very very small budget. so i just want something that is going to work daily and reliably given its RMS of clean power (i has DD1), tuned to about 35 hz in a box built to specs. it just has to provide a little bump with the stock speakers. not the usual chest thumping bass us bassheads need. if all of the listed ones fit my requirements please say so, if not then please suggest something else. STEvil
powerbass or rockford. Quote MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. Quiet
I own a Punch 1 15" and it digs deep when tuned right. I posted a video on my build thread (shameless plug link down below) of it playing 5 hz from my trunk. However after modeling the JBL GT5 15 in WinISD I may have upgrade soon Quote 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.
baaudio
With those options I'd go for the Rockford woofer. The shop I work at has carried/installed most of those. Not the mtx or fli woofer, but the Rockford stood out among the three we've sold. Cashdollar2009
Out of those options, I'd say the Rockford Prime Series. Quote On 6/30/2011 at 1:11 AM, 'Ray' said: Acoustical energy is free. Electrical energy is not.

Rebel4055
I had a couple rockford prime 12s. They are decent freaking subs. They were pretty loud in a prefab. I wonder what they would have done in a proper box. I also was over powering them a bit haha. Quote Rest In Peace mother. Hifonics
I would run: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_37709_Hifonics-HFX12D4.html or if you have a few bucks more... http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_20195_Hifonics-BRZ12D4.html They are affoardable and people have had great results. Plus they take more power than the rockfords.
