So I went online and found the gm gauge guy who will do it for 150 and a red LED conversion along with a life time warrenty its a set back but better then 400! My speedometer went out a few months back so I bought some of the gauge stepper motors off ebay for $20 and its worked great ever since. I used this to help me out.
