Ok please someone help, I just finished this box for a 16 year old with a Tahoe. The right sub is making a clicking sound when it hits the punchier bass when the volume is about 25 to 30/40. Please someone tell me why it could be doing this. Its a sudle clicking sound when it hits and its only in the right subwoofer...

Subs: DD 2512's

Amps:Rockford T-1000

HU: Pioneer abh4300 dvd

Box:18"height 24"depth 37"wide 3 inch port that is 15.25 long which makes it tuned to 30Hz.

Please help

where is the port. on the side? or in the center? is it closer to one sub than another?

edit: thats a super lowwwww tuning for dd woofers. who told you to tune that low?

The port is in the center of the box and the subs are exactly in the middle of both chambers with the same and even measurement between the tops/bottoms and sides of the woofer surround. I found an article about a guy with one of the newer T-1's and a single 15" type R.He had a problem with clicking, and someone suggested that it was the gains. So I took a meter and set the amp. I thought it was fixed then I noticed it happening past 36/40 volume. But its not happening to the other sub.

miscellaneous:Amp is seeing 1.336Ohms or 1.033 cant exactly remember, and there is no port noise.sick lows and punchy transition clicks from the right woofer. The woofer hits( or punchs from a lower to higher tone) and you can here a kinda gentle click in the woofer(I say gentle but when you build a box for a 16 year old and you put $300 DD's in it the clicking really sticks out(Help)). pics in sig of box

Edit: kid said the ground in the HU might not be to good. someone suggested that also

He did it for free for the kid, he had a thread up a week or so ago about it. But yeah, as has been said go with a smaller box tuned around 36Hz with 16-18 square inches of port area per cubic foot (net).
