uhoh_45
depends on how long they are and how you secure them... a lot of people tape there aeros to allow change in tuning where as some glue and make aeros one solid unit making it stronger it is nice to some how attach the aero to the box keep it from slapping around in there Quote R.I.P! uhoh_45
theres proper AERO ports which are flared and then theres PVC pipe that we use as ports and call them aeros heres box i did with 4 4" pcv ports and i had to glue and screw them to the outside the box there and then on inside thers a diamond inside where i drilled holes to keep the ports from moving around and then its screwed to the box to keep solid this is an actual aero Quote R.I.P! SnowDrifter
It depends. It's like asking if you need a double baffle - it can never hurt, but whether or not it's actually needed is application dependant Quote ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
