And a roundover

Use the undercut to cut a groove on the side of the box, all the way around the side.

Then use the round over. This will let you wrap front top and back then over the edges and tuck into the groove you made.

Then do the sides and tuck into the groove also.

End result will be a perfect looking seam around the sides of the box.

You want the thinnest undercut you can get 4mm or 1/16"

Thats a really tight groove.

And use plastic tools when youre pushing the vinyl into the slot.

very thin plexiglass will do the trick, it should be nowhere near that cost. Maybe $50 for everything if you use 1/16th inch.

I'm thinking about the same thing. I'm thinking about doubling my box on each side except the bottom. What if I wrap the second layer pieces in leather only and then glue them on? I realize it won't be as clean as wrapping the whole thing, but I think it could work.

sorry fr taking so long to post pics i didnt forget to. just been kid of busy to post anything up but here it is guys didnt take me too long to wrap but the heat gun and corers were fun. thanks ray for all the helpfull tips on geti it done. well enjoy
