18" BTL + other questions, square me up please

thats why im here now, getting all the info on the products before i go buy them.

im not building it to go compete with except shut some people down at the local comps. but i hate a few neighbors that complain about my 10w3v2 in sealed box 5 houses down.

i always had 18"s and want to step it up to a higher level from my old JBL's

i have a 250 amp alt. off a freinds old spl truck he had 4 15" RF's back in the day. i was considering this or an irraggi 300amp provided i can find a price on one

for the system though i have most of the other stuff such as sound deadener I prefer fatmat for the cost. all wire, terminals, box material, fiberglass reinforments, ect ect.

i never actually heard the F I Q, its a toss up between them 2 BTL or Q but either way im going 18"

as for amps, again trying to get the best bang for the buck. its mostly going to be a daily  music setup, not knockin pictures off the wall all the time but i know its there if i need to crank it up.

previous system before it was stolen. i always had 18"s

i cant exactly fit an 18" sub behind the seat of a reg cab 91 isuzu pup.

this is my daily driver right now.

1. they ride better and handle better than my original 14" rims

2. i paid $100 for all 4 rims damn near brand new tires are brand new

3. there 6 lug trucks so rims are a lil more expensive and im not a fan of 22" rims on mini trucks so thats why i done it. thats about all you can find in 6lug around here

heres the truck with the factories on, you may like that i dont. like i said the new rims ride smooth and handles very good

why does someone who buys FI gotta be on "a bandwagon"?  Why cant somone pick a sub just for the fact its an awesome sub?  Aint no bandwagon if 99.99% of the population doesnt run them.  Like i said before, the FEW internerds on message boards that have them dont count.

steve, somebody told me that btl and mt were almost the same exact sub but the mt was just a lil better....how true is that?
