man the fuck up and just beat said neighbors ass with the two fists you were born with if he's trying to break your shit. i understand you don't know what he has, but remember the law, if he has no weapon, then there's no intent to danger if there's no said weapon, and if he does have a weapon, shot to injure not kill otherwise that's manslaughter, jesus. oh no someone broke my window, i have to shot then and kill them. maybe if we take a fucking look at how our grandparents, great grandparents, etc. grew up, we'd realize they're more fucking men then we are saying we're going to shot said people instead of talk to them and if they still have a problem just give 'em a good 'ol fashion ass whoopin.

The best thing to do has already been stated. Send letters to everyone in the neighboorhood. First apologize for the music because it is after all, your fault. Second say there have been malicious threats towards your home,property,and pets. Ask for the person making the threats to step forward like a man and settle the problem in a civilized manner. And state you have set up video surveilance and alarms as well as taken advantage of your right to bare arms and have been trained as well as your family. And if something shall occur the proper proceedures have been filed with the local police and the matter has been made aware. End of story.

And alpine, dude youre a ball bag. Youre always on threads stating the complete opposite of what most of the general public feel is right, in this case protecting his private property. While the author of the letter never states home invasion, protection of private property and pets isnt to be taken lightly. The guy made threats after something offending pissed him off, not hurt, damaged, or killed anyone. Thats like someone here saying theyre gonna bust all your car windows, kill your dogs, and break shit at your house due to your assclown replies on here. Its not a plausible scenario fitting the what offended the author of the letter.

Ok now youve done all that and then you get a letter saying i think your grass is too high, mow it every week or your windows will be smashed out. You going to mow it also?. My point is now that youve let someone threaten you and get away with it, where do you draw the line?

lets be real who the hell writes a letter and then does anything in that letter if he was about his he would just do it and not talk/make a letter about it

I feel you on that. Butttttttttttttttttttt I wouldnt doubt the possibiltity of dude acting on the letter. I used to think like you too... until I got a letter once pretaining to a pit I used to own.. dog was friendly as could be, loved by a lot of the neighbors and anyone that took alf a second to meet the dog.. some douchey pretentious people were scared of him tho.. never thought much of the letter until I was paying off the vet bills to try and save my dog, which had to be euthanized, dog was poisoned with anti-freeze..by whom you ask? Well I'll be, come to find out it was the same d bag that left me the letter in the mail box... Wow gee whiz. what you need to realize is that it isnt about if dude has balls to act on it, its about how he will act on it.

And again since some people apparently only read parts of posts, or maybe I wasnt clear, never once did I say figure out who it is and blow him away, did I? I stated that if those threats were made to me, and then they were acted upon, I would meet those threats and handle them accordingly. I also never said I;d shoot dude for fucking w my car, I said he'd get a beat down for that. But the whole fuck w my house, kill my dogs etc... ya.. Imma shoot you for that. And like I said Alpine, Ill take my chances, rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6. As stated, if I am in harm, I have a gov't granted right to protect myself, my family and my possessions. You do you, I'll do me, lets leave it at that. we will see who's way is better should either of our homes ever get burglarized, or if we get mugged or some shit.

And to whoever said, shoot to injure if you are in a sit. where you need to defend yourself.. your high. Im not even gonna go into that. to a jury, it'll look much more like you were scared for your life and justified in pulling the trigger if you were to empty the gun into 'em and let 'em rot. If you are scared for your life, you arent going to be pulling off precise kneecap shots I promise you that. not to mention you may be found innocent for the shooting, but since you purposely crippled dude by injuring him only, now you are left open to the civil suit he will file that will make you open to supporting that d-bag for the rest of his life.

Alpine, also think of the fact that if author of said letter signed his name, OP could go to the police w/ it and it would then be a guaranteed menacing charge.

rich seriously think about this for a second... You have someone in your neighborhood that for the SECOND year in a row continues to blare their music disturbing yourself and your neighbors and you want to compare that to someone who has high grass? Ill tell you what let me pull up in front of your house at 3am and blare music fora bout 30 minutes straight then when you ask me to turn it down i tell you to fuck off. what do you think your response will be then? or should i wait for you to threaten me after you get pissed when i tell you to fuck off and then take that threat seriously and blow a hole right in your head?
