Dfrancis24 Posted May 7, 2012 Report Posted May 7, 2012 Hey has anyone brought any subs from fi car audio in the last month I heard a couple bad reviews about this company and what even makes it worst they have no contact number so you can't call if you have a question about anything or a problem.last thing I heard about the company there is a guy of nick who works for fi takes your money and doesn't ship.I don't want to be a victim.so any input be great thanks Quote

People are probably just complaining that their subs are taking a while to be built. They're just used to a company taking a sub already built in china off their warehouse shelves and shipping it to them within a day. Fi doesnt work like that. They build the motors completely from scratch, in house. So yeah it takes a long ass time, and they reflect that on their website. Quote

I don't know where you saw that but it is totally wrong. Try to contact them on their forum if you have any question. But I think you should not spread that kind of rumors.
