Yeah i didnt have time to go to my shop so i did em quick with my shitty jigsaw..

And why do people use "shitty jigsaw" as an excuse for cutting crappy circles? The Jigsaw only cuts as crappy as the person holding it tells it to.

It isnt that hard to make a circle with a compass and then follow the line to cut it out...

I just recently broke down and bought a router... makes life easier, but is not needed to cut decent circles...

Draw circle, follow line with saw= nice circle cut out.

Here, this follows the curve of my door just how it did before, this isn't even sanded and goes right along the original curvature of my door! i don't see whats so bad? Im open to advice but what is wrong with it if it is smooth already and follows my door? advice please!

check eBay out you might be able to find another door panel

+1, or a Pull-A-Part if you have one near by.

Perhaps for your first go at glassing you would have been better off building something smaller and less costly to ruin. Like some small speaker pods or something.

When my blade on the jigsaw is bent and rusty and can barley cut through warm butter thats a shitty jigsaw..
