I don't know why people now days say RE sucks. I have never had a problem with re. In fact, I have a single sx 12 in my tahoe on 1000 watts now until I complete my new build and it moves the damn windshield wipers. People say RE suck now because the owner (now the owner of Fi) left and whoever owns RE now pretty much put quality in the backseat. You say you have an SX? What year? I had an 08 SX and the son of a bitch pounded its ass off but it's no comparison to what RE makes now. All lower quality. They only say lower quality because of were the some of the subs are made. There gonna be china shit that slaps on american shit and american shit that slaps on china shit. Couple years back chocolate factory left to mexico in my area and there shit taste the same if you get my point. I understand ya. I haven't messed with RE since the whole switch of ownership. I just go by why I've been told. Most of which came from my local audio shop which carried RE up until the switch and now they won't touch RE. But the quality issue was addressed when I asked why they stopped distributing them. So idk. I mean, they may be worse than before, but it's not like RE customers are complaining.
