To me intent is theft. Just like if someone intends to kill you, you can't *legally* defend yourself until they do it. It's bullshit. Also, as far as the "assualt" is concerned. Yes, that could be taken up in legal or civil courts as an assualt depending on your local and state laws. Any injury or bullshit like "emotional distress" or "pain and suffering" could be brought up in court and the videos used as evidence against you. It's doubtful he ever would but all the same, it's POSSIBLE. Not only that, if the business is incorpoated the business AS A WHOLE is liable as well, not just the fella doing the pushing. Because he's likely uneducated or simply ignorant and doesn't know any better insults than "tree hugger". I'm not sure what a "sheet bag" could be other than a bastardized spelling of "shit bag". It might be that he's afraid to swear because he also wrote "f..ING" instead of "fucking". He's likely one of the kids that calls out "faggot" into the microphone while playing Call of Duty on the PlayStation that Santa brought him. I gotta say I agree with Rich to a degree. Although I doubt the kid will ever come back and start legal shit with a lawyer, nor do I think they'd have much of a case other than "he pushed me *sadface*" I definitely think some of you guys are going a little overboard with the whole "beat his ass in the back alley" point of view. Rich was just saying that if the guy wanted to have made a legal issue out of it he could have because from what we saw on video the kid never laid a hand on Ryan and Ryan was the obvious aggressor in this scenario. wtf is lolcats? A small business lives off of the sale of small things and that little fucker was taking food from the owner's kids mouths.
