OrionStang
Removed the back panel and can see no visible damage. Is it safe to power it on with the cover off? SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
SnowDrifter
As long as nothing is touching in there you are fine. Just heads up... It's high voltage in there. Keep hands, lanyards, tools, etc free from the area as best as possible. UBL | Build Log
OrionStang
Crazy shit. Turned it on and the green power light came on and stayed on, so I went ahead and tuned it with the dd1 and cc1. Turned it off to hook up the sub wires, but decided to try it one more time before attaching the subs. Protect. Damn it. Hope FedEx acknowledges and honors the insurance claim. sprkn_ranger
I don't see why they wouldn't take care of the claim. How long do these claims generally take to get sorted out? Sry dude...hang in there u will get it right...im sure of that.. Thanks guys, I hope so. I don't see why they wouldn't take care of the claim. How long do these claims generally take to get sorted out? Never dealt with a claim before, the seller started the claim already, and they said we should hear back in 3-5 business days. Exactly what we will hear back is the question. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
sprkn_ranger
3-5 buisness days isn't too bad I guess shouldn't have been an issue in the first place though. cjvue
Dammit Ken... I've read so much audio issues with this thread then I ever experience in car audio. Hope ecerything works out man.... Fedex tries to deny my claim (while back with broken subs) and said box didnt show visible damage so it's my fault. I push it up the chain and got something back. Good luck on the claim bro... And stay positive.
