I use 3/8 on mine. Gives it a nice round shape without eating too much wood.

pretty much, I just prefer the look of a 1/2"

I used a 1/2" on my 4 layer baffle

I bought a set of craftsman roundovers for like $25, it came with a 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and a 1/2, IMO the 1/2 looks the best
