I also prefer a mix of ricotta, cottage cheese, parmesan, and Romano for my cheese mixture. Make sure you buy good cheese too not that kraft bullshit, it taste nothing like good parmesan. Fresh mozzarella doesn't hurt either but not necessary. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

If you're going to do it make a big one or its not worth it, cost me about $60 maybe a little more to make one. That's including extra sauce as well. I've paid almost $20/lb for some imported stuff. I'm a cheese addict though I have about ten different kinds in the fridge right now lol.
