Not sure why the hell it posted upside down, but we shall see how they go over. We have a friend who has celiac disease and actually has to eat gluten free not doing it as a dumb ass "fad diet!" Everyone always forgets she can't eat all the other crap people bring so I thought I would try whipping up her favorite dessert (lemon bars) so she can actually have a little treat! Made them with coconut flour, coconut oil, some awesome Meyers lemons and eggs. We'll see how bad they end up being! Lmao Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! Seems like I am constantly buying an assload of them for cooking with! They sell dwarf lemon trees that grow and produce well indoors. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Case in point, this meal is costing me $0.81 for the chicken, $0.12 for the veg's, and I'm not counting the dab of mayo.=$0.93!!! Wal-mart Rotisserie Chicken is $3.24 after 9 pm. Even with running down to buy it, it's still way cheaper than buying a bird and making it myself! I used to eat $3.00 to $6.00 meals! I eat for the nutritional value, not the taste buds anymore. -Frank
