Everyone locally that does them drowns them in sauce or bakes the hell out of them. I will have to make one soon and snap a few pics. Got a full day tomorrow, cooking up a pound of bacon, 3 pounds of chicken breast, and 2 pounds of ground turkey. Half the turkey will go into a pasta sauce, the rest will be sandwich/snack meat. I go often enough they already know what I want and who I am. The pizza is crazy good there. Plus they have tons of options, even though I only get one with pepperoni and one with meatballs and green peppers. I'm not pizza fancy at all.
