Breakfast: Canned chili beans with onions, pickled jalapenos, and a little hot sauce mixed in. Wrapped in whole wheat tortillas. Lunch: Citrus marinated Tilapia (again) with fresh green beans and corn. Dinner: Whole-wheat spaghetti with my homemade sauce.
