conceptM
It shows you took your time assembling the box! Looking good indeed. I'm just a bit confused: are you installing the Audison amp instead of the Skar? I'm not a fan of installing amps on a sub box. I'm always seeing it as a vibrating - solder ripping machine. But then again, the whole car is vibrating, so don't know if it really makes any difference nor if it really could harm an amp. And its only about 200W anyhow Update time!! Been a couple days since I got anything done, well its painted now. Still gotta dry but when it is it'll be playing!!! who are you guys kidding, no way I would paint anywhere near that beautiful floor! after it dries its ready to make some noise! mttornquist
meanwhile the paint is now dry: And I got my ground post put in, there was a hole from the factory that was perfect for what I needed. Just had to sand the paint! Location: Sanded clean: And the bolt on tight: This ground should be much better than my original one. That was just a self taping screw into the floor of the trunk. So everything is ready to be installed, I just need to find the time to put it in! Everything should be up and running by this weekend! Check in soon, its almost there. But wait..... there's more stuff in the mail too My Build Log: http://www.stevemead...lmost-complete/
mttornquist
Here we goooo!! Time for the install, I've waited for this for a long time! Started by attaching the xovers to the sides of the box. Some 3m industrial double stick tape got the job done: On there: Then the amp goes on: Grounded it up: Hooked up, tuned it with my dmm: Had to stop taking pictures because I had to finish it up before school yesterday, But its done now! Kindof. I need to design a beauty panel for the backside to clean it all up. Pics: The trunk isn't sealed off quite perfectly yet either. But its playing finally! And it sounds damn good, I'm impressed Thanks for looking! My Build Log: http://www.stevemead...lmost-complete/

Jordan Guess
this guy has a LOT of creativity and can put it into action, as you can see...especially for his age. I needed help with a box design for my 15" in a Ford ranger xcab and he came up with exactly what I wanted, and got it to me in a matter of days. excellent work bro.
