meade916
If you MUST wire to 2 or 4 ohms it is beneficial. But at 1 ohm, CP's are the same as the previous model. actually when you consider the amount of box rise that your amp does not "see", it is a truly different amp then the previous model. Its NOT a gimmick, its the real deal. Don't mistake this technology for that old JL audio thing everyone tries to compare it to. This is totally different. Did you notice a difference audibly when you switched 2500s? yes. It was noticable. Its the same power as before but like i stated, little to no box rise. Will it help get a louder score, im not sure......but i am sure it will sound better on MUSIC when slamming (compared to the original 2500). I listen to music and i know what the songs i play all the time sound like........and i noticed right away. The CP is great technology. Anyone that says it isn't is a fucking hater, plain and simple. Especially if they have no experience with them and find the urge to diss on them anyway. This is the type of answer I was looking for. I dont care about the TL.. I wanted to know how the technology performs on music; and you answered that. Thank you. I don't defend anything i don't believe in. Trust me, i love a lot of brands......there's so many good ones out there i can't start to name names, and i can run anything i want at this point.
