bassaholicsfl Posted June 24, 2012 Report Share Posted June 24, 2012 No. Your gonna need to at least lift this thing up. the smallest tire I seen for a 28in rim is still 33in tall and I think you can only fit 31s under a tahoe stock. Youd have to lift it 4in with proper clearances. I dont know what size backspacing and offset your trying to run so I dont know could be more or less lift could be some spacers with that too. 2001 Dodge Ram Quad Cab. I don't have 28s but I have 24s with a 33 inch tire (305/35/R24) my truck is an 03. 2003 GMC Yukon Denali Alpine CDA 117 Redoing Mids/Highs 4 Runs of 1/0 Knukonceptz 2+, 2- 4 Deka 9A31's in back (Stock underhood) 250 amp Alt. Tires are 33.5" tall 295/25-28. It looked a little too 4x4-ish to me, so I lowered it 2/3. That forced me to trim the inner fenders just a bit, and it rubs a bit at full lock (while backing up only), but it looks GREAT!!!
